The Remit

CoaXion was launched in late 2018 and offer a game changing pay-as-you-use finance solution for small and growing Australian blue collar business. Parent company, Dingo Software, which provides award-winning technology to the same sector has over 25 years of experience and funded the launch of CoaXion as a result of growing customer demand and existing limitations on equipment finance options.

Having launched only a few months prior to COVID-19 meant that things didn't take the intended path and by October 2020, the team at CoaXion recognised that they needed to get serious about accurately representing their brand online and connecting with their audience.

Enter LimeHub.

Key Considerations

CoaXion wanted to reach more of their target audience nearing the end of their buying journey but their website wasn't accurately representing their unique offering or brand and their brand was unknown in the market.

The Solution

While there are a few ways to promote a brand online, CoaXion wanted to specifically target those toward the end of their buying journey with a high intent to buy. Unlike social or other online media which have low buyer intent, paid search offers the opportunity to present solutions to those specifically looking for them. For this reason, we chose Google AdWords as the primary promotional channel.

Considering that the website wasn't in the right shape for any promotions, we got to work on a full website redesign. After researching the market, our team mapped the user experience of the site including what assets were needed to inform potential buyers enough to reach out, before going on to design each page. Upon approval, our amazing developers went ahead and implemented the designs.

As part of the development process, we created an interactive finance repayments calculator which would enable prospects to get a better idea of the flexibility they can expect in terms of variable, usage-based finance. We included a simple calculator on the site with a more complex option to be used internally.

Along with the website, we developed two keyword-focussed landing pages as a result of initial keyword research based on volume and difficulty to ensure that the paid advertising would deliver optimal results but also to improve the organic search optimisation of the website.
