IA and navigation relaunched Jan 2026
New Webflow CMS collections
Long-term marketing partnership

LimeHub first built DyFlex's Webflow site in 2023, when the business was growing rapidly and needed a digital presence to match its ambition as a specialist SAP partner. That foundation served DyFlex well through a significant period of growth. When DyFlex acquired Bluetree in 2025, the business expanded considerably: new services, new technologies, a broader industry footprint, and a capability set that the existing website hadn't yet had the opportunity to reflect.
A long-term relationship meant we already deeply understood DyFlex's business. The brief was to update the website to reflect the scale of the business it now supported.

The acquisition introduced a considerably broader range of services, capabilities, and industry specialisations. The navigation, a full-screen overlay built for an earlier version of DyFlex, presented three broad categories where visitors now needed to find specific services, SAP technologies, and industry expertise. The opportunity was to restructure the information architecture so that the full depth of DyFlex's expanded offering was immediately accessible, and to build a CMS-driven foundation that could scale with future campaigns and content without requiring developer support each time.
The brief was not to fix what was broken. It was to build a platform that reflected a business that had grown into something considerably more capable.

The refresh began with a structured review of the existing sitemap, content mapping, and SEO audit. Pages were assessed for consolidation opportunities and structural gaps introduced by the Bluetree acquisition. A new sitemap was agreed with DyFlex stakeholders before any design work began, with deliverables prioritised across three tiers: navigation and IA changes first, new capability collections second, and future-ready enhancements third.
The new navigation uses inline dropdowns that reveal on click rather than hover, giving visitors control over what they explore. The What We Do megamenu surfaces four columns: Our Services, Our Capabilities, SAP Technology Suite, and Industry Expertise, with icons on each item to signal page content before the visitor clicks. A Book a Demo CTA sits within the megamenu as a contextual prompt. Resources surfaces featured eBooks, articles, and upcoming events within the dropdown. Projects shows the two most recent client case studies with logos. The Client Login button, no longer in use, was removed. The result is a navigation that communicates the full depth of DyFlex's offering on first encounter.
Solutions, Industries, and eBook landing pages were converted from static pages into Webflow CMS collections, enabling consistent templates and scalable campaign support going forward. Five new collections were built: Services, Technologies, Training, Resources Hub, and Solutions search and filter. On-page SEO was applied across the new structure with URL redirects implemented for all consolidated or retired pages. Full browser, device, and accessibility testing was completed before UAT with DyFlex stakeholders and go-live in December 2025.

New megamenu, scalable collections, and content migration completed on schedule following the Bluetree acquisition
Services, Technologies, Training, Resources Hub, and Solutions filter giving DyFlex a scalable content and campaign infrastructure
Two major phases of website work, supported by an ongoing relationship across campaigns and demand generation
The DyFlex website now reflects the breadth of a business that has grown considerably since the original build. Prospects exploring the site encounter specific services, technologies, and industry expertise within the first interaction rather than broad categories requiring further navigation. The CMS structure gives the DyFlex team independence to publish content, manage campaigns, and keep the site current without returning to a developer each time.
