Frequently Asked Questions
We know choosing a marketing agency is a significant decision - and that you probably have a lot of questions before you're ready to reach out. We've pulled together the most common ones below, organised by topic. If you don't find what you're looking for, get in touch and we'll get back to you promptly.

Do you integrate with CRM and marketing tools?
Yes. We connect websites with CRM, automation, analytics, and other business systems.
What makes LimeHub different from other Australian marketing agencies?
LimeHub combines brand strategy and design, Webflow development, and inbound marketing under one onshore Australian team - capabilities that most agencies offer separately. We specialise in technically complex B2B industries like SaaS, enterprise technology, finance, insurance, and professional services, which means we understand your buyers and subject matter without a lengthy education process. We're also a Webflow Enterprise Partner and a HubSpot Partner, giving us platform depth that most generalist agencies can't match.
What size businesses do you typically work with?
We work with mid-sized to large Australian B2B businesses, NFPs, and funded scaleups - typically companies with a dedicated marketing function, a clear growth objective, and a need for high-quality strategic and creative output. We're not the right fit for businesses looking for the cheapest option or a fast template build. Our work is thorough, and it's priced accordingly.
Do you work with companies outside of Australia?
Our primary focus is Australian businesses, but we have worked with clients in New Zealand, the United States, and the United Kingdom. All of our team are based in Australia, so engagements run on AEST and communication happens during business hours.
Who has LimeHub worked with?
Our client history includes IBM, SAP, Juniper Networks and large NFPs, alongside a range of Australian mid-market businesses across tech, finance, professional services, SaaS, and enterprise technology. We're also an approved supplier to the Australian Government. See our work
Are all of your team members based in Australia?
Yes - our entire team is onshore, with staff across Brisbane, Melbourne, and Sydney. We don't offshore any part of our delivery, which means consistent communication, no timezone friction, and a team that understands the Australian market.
What does getting started with LimeHub look like?
It starts with a discovery conversation where we learn about your business, your goals, and the problem you're trying to solve. From there the process varies - a Webflow project follows a different path than a brand strategy or a marketing retainer. In all cases we scope work carefully before anything begins, so you know what to expect in terms of timeline, deliverables, and how we'll work together. Get in touch
Do you work on one-off projects or ongoing retainers?
Both. Some clients engage us for a specific project - a new website, a brand refresh, or a campaign. Others work with us on an ongoing basis as their outsourced marketing partner. Many of our longer-term relationships started as a single project. If you're unsure which model suits your situation, we're happy to talk through what makes sense for your stage and goals.
How do I know if LimeHub is the right agency for my business?
LimeHub tends to be a strong fit if you're a B2B business with a complex product or service, a need for quality over volume, and a goal of building long-term brand and digital infrastructure - not just generating short-term leads. If you want a team that will invest time in understanding your business and act as a strategic partner rather than a production vendor, we're worth a conversation. Get in touch
What marketing services does LimeHub offer?
Our marketing services span strategy, demand generation, inbound marketing, content and creative, and conversion rate optimisation. We're a HubSpot Partner, so we can also help businesses implement and optimise HubSpot as part of a broader marketing program. See all marketing services.
Do you specialise in any particular industries?
Yes - we focus on technically complex B2B industries where subject matter depth matters: SaaS, enterprise technology, professional services, managed service providers, financial services, and tech scaleups. Generic agencies often struggle to write credibly about complex products, services and buying journey's - our industry specialisation is a genuine differentiator for our clients.
What does a typical marketing engagement look like?
It depends on where you're starting from. Some clients come to us with a clear strategy and need execution support - content, campaigns, HubSpot management. Others need strategy first. Engagements can be project-based or ongoing retainers, and we review scope and priorities regularly to keep the work aligned with your business goals. See our marketing services.
Can LimeHub help us before we've chosen a CRM or marketing platform?
Yes - and this is often the best time to bring us in. If you're scaling your marketing and evaluating platforms like HubSpot, we can help you make the right decision before you commit, assess your current setup, and build your marketing infrastructure properly from day one. Getting the platform decision right from the start avoids expensive migrations and rework later. Learn more about our HubSpot partnership.
What design services does LimeHub provide?
Our design capability covers brand identity and visual systems, brand strategy and positioning, UX and digital experience design, creative and content design, and B2B brand tracking via our Brander partnership. See all design services
How long does a brand identity project typically take?
Most brand identity projects run 8–12 weeks from kick-off to final delivery. Projects that include a brand strategy phase add 3–4 weeks to that timeline. For the full picture of what's involved, see our brand identity service
Can you work with our existing brand guidelines, or do we need to start fresh?
Either - it depends on where your brand currently sits. If you have solid guidelines that need to be extended or applied to new contexts, we can work within them. If your brand has evolved beyond its guidelines, or if they were never fully developed, we'll recommend the appropriate level of work. We'll always give you an honest assessment rather than recommending a full rebrand if a refresh will do the job.
What industries do you have the most design experience in?
Our strongest design experience is in B2B technology - SaaS, enterprise software, professional services, and fintech. These industries share a common challenge: selling complex, intangible products to highly informed buyers, which means the brand needs to communicate credibility and clarity without oversimplifying. See our industry experience
How do you ensure brand consistency across digital and print?
Through proper system design from the start. Rather than producing one-off assets, we build brand systems - defined rules for typography, colour, iconography, photography, and layout - that can be applied consistently across any channel. We document these in brand guidelines your team and future agencies can follow. For clients who want ongoing oversight, our Brander partnership also provides brand intelligence tooling that tracks consistency at scale.
Why does LimeHub build websites in Webflow?
Webflow gives B2B marketing teams the best combination of design freedom, performance, and day-to-day control. Unlike WordPress, it doesn't rely on plugins that create security vulnerabilities and maintenance overhead. It also produces clean code with fast load times, strong Core Web Vitals scores, and a solid technical SEO foundation out of the box - and your marketing team can update content without needing a developer for every change. What is a Webflow Enterprise Partner - and why does it matter?
Webflow Enterprise is a higher tier of the platform designed for organisations with more complex requirements - advanced security, SSO, higher hosting limits, and custom code capabilities. A Webflow Premium Partner is an agency formally recognised by Webflow for its expertise at this level. LimeHub is one of a small number of Webflow Premium Partners in Australia, which means we can build and manage enterprise-grade Webflow sites that non-accredited agencies cannot. Learn more
How long does a Webflow website project typically take?
Most Webflow projects run 8–10 weeks from kick-off to launch. Larger enterprise builds or migrations from complex legacy platforms may run 10–16 weeks or more. We scope every project in detail before work begins so you have a clear timeline from the start. Learn more about our Webflow process
Can you migrate our existing website to Webflow without losing our SEO rankings?
Yes - SEO preservation is a core part of our migration process. We maintain URL structures wherever possible, implement 301 redirects for any URLs that change, preserve metadata and structured data, and audit Core Web Vitals before and after launch. A well-managed Webflow migration should maintain or improve your organic rankings. Learn more about our migration service
Do you integrate Webflow with HubSpot and other tools?
Yes - Webflow integrates well with HubSpot, Salesforce, and a wide range of marketing and analytics tools. As both a Webflow Enterprise Partner and a HubSpot Partner, the Webflow–HubSpot integration is something we do particularly well. See our HubSpot & Webflow integration service
Will we be able to update our website ourselves after launch?
Yes - this is one of the core reasons we build in Webflow. Your team can update text, images, blog posts, landing pages, and CMS content without touching any code. We provide hands-on CMS training as part of every project handover, and we document the CMS structure so your team has a clear reference. For clients who prefer to have us handle ongoing updates, we also offer support retainers.
What happens after our website launches?
Launch is the beginning, not the end. We offer ongoing support retainers for clients who want continued development, CMS management, performance monitoring, or conversion optimisation after launch. Even for clients who manage their own sites, we recommend a post-launch review at the 30 and 90-day marks to assess performance data and address any issues that emerge once the site is live. Learn more about our performance optimisation service
How does Webflow compare to WordPress for a B2B company?
For most B2B companies, Webflow is the stronger choice - particularly if your marketing team needs to move quickly, your site needs to look distinctive, and you don't want to manage a plugin ecosystem. WordPress has a broader plugin range and larger developer pool, which can matter for very specific integrations or large-scale content operations. But for the majority of B2B websites that need performance, design quality, security, and marketing agility, Webflow's advantages are significant and compound over time. See our Webflow service
What's the difference between demand generation and lead generation?
Lead generation focuses on capturing contacts from people already in-market and ready to be sold to. Demand generation works upstream - building awareness and preference with buyers who aren't ready yet, so that when they do enter the market, your brand is already on their shortlist. For most B2B companies with long sales cycles, demand generation is the more strategically important investment. LimeHub's marketing work spans both, but we put particular emphasis on building sustainable demand rather than chasing short-term lead volume. Learn more
How do you measure the success of a marketing engagement?
We align on KPIs at the start of every engagement and review them regularly - these might include organic traffic growth, lead volume and quality, conversion rates, or pipeline contribution. We use Webflow Analyze, GA4, Google Search Console, and HubSpot to track performance and report on what actually connects to your business outcomes, not vanity metrics. Learn more about our marketing strategy approach.
How do you approach inbound marketing for B2B companies?
We build inbound programs around the way your buyers actually research and make decisions - which for most B2B companies means long sales cycles, multiple stakeholders, and content that educates as much as it persuades. In practice this means combining SEO-targeted content, LinkedIn, lead magnets, and marketing automation to attract, nurture, and convert the right prospects over time. Learn more about our demand generation approach.
Do you handle both brand strategy and visual identity, or just one?
Both - and we think separating them is one of the most common mistakes companies make when rebranding. Visual identity without strategy produces something that looks good but doesn't communicate anything meaningful. Strategy without strong design execution produces something clear but forgettable. We offer both as an integrated capability.
What does your brand strategy process look like?
We start with research - your market, competitors, existing brand perception, and target audience. As part of this phase, we use BrandID via our Brander partnership to audit your brand with key stakeholders. BrandID works like a personality test for brands - it captures stakeholder insights and leverages the psychology of archetypes, colour, and shape to tie strategy directly to visual expression. This removes the bias and subjectivity from traditional brand processes, giving us a data-driven foundation before any creative decisions are made. From that research we define your positioning: what you stand for, who you're for, and how you're differentiated - which then informs your messaging framework and everything from your website copy to your sales materials.
