Restructured SaaS platform
Brand-compliant
Marketing-ready infrastructure

Togal.ai builds AI-powered estimating software for the construction industry. Their technology automates a process that traditionally takes estimators days or weeks, compressing it into seconds. The product was strong, the customer base was growing, and the leadership team had real credibility in the market.
The opportunity was for the website to catch up. It needed to clearly communicate the value of the platform to the different audiences who needed to understand it: estimators evaluating the product, construction executives weighing the investment, and investors assessing the company's trajectory. Navigation needed focus, messaging needed clarity, and the design needed to reflect the sophistication of the technology behind it.
Togal.ai needed a website that could do three things at once: educate prospects, convert demo requests, and reinforce credibility with investors and partners. All within their existing brand guidelines.
The product was already proving itself. The website needed to do the same.

When we audited the existing site, the core opportunity was clear. The information architecture wasn't built around how different audiences actually explore a SaaS product. Estimators needed to see features and workflow. Executives needed to understand ROI and implementation. Investors needed to see traction and leadership. But the site treated all of these audiences the same, with no clear pathway for any of them.
The content was also working harder than it needed to. Product capabilities were buried in broad messaging that didn't differentiate Togal.ai from competitors. The technology was genuinely innovative, but the site undersold it by leading with general claims instead of specific, demonstrable value.
The site needed distinct pathways for distinct audiences. An estimator evaluating the product and an investor evaluating the company have fundamentally different questions. The architecture had to serve both without compromising either.

We restructured the site architecture around the way different buyers and stakeholders actually explore a SaaS platform. Product features, use-case exploration, case studies, leadership information and demo requests were reorganised into logical, user-driven pathways. New content modules were created to support product education and buyer enablement at each stage of the journey.
Togal.ai had established brand guidelines that needed to be respected. Rather than starting from scratch, we worked within those constraints to elevate the design. Layouts were refined for clarity and impact. White space, visual hierarchy and mobile responsiveness were improved across every breakpoint. Subtle interactions were added to give the site a modern, tech-forward feel that matched the AI-driven product without overcomplicating the experience.
The site was developed in Webflow with fast load times, SEO-optimised page structures, and a CMS that gives the Togal.ai team full control over blogs, press coverage, team profiles, and product content. The framework was designed to scale as Togal.ai grows, with a structure that can accommodate new features, integrations and content without requiring a rebuild.

Webflow CMS empowers the Togal.ai team to manage and scale content independently as the business grows
For a SaaS company in growth mode, the website is the single most important marketing asset. It has to educate, convert and build credibility simultaneously, often in a single visit. The redesigned Togal.ai site does all three, giving the team a platform built for where the business is going.
